In this module, you learned how to ensure the effectiveness of infant programs in areas of environment, toys, materials, and equipment, and program structure. At the end of each section of the readings, suggestions were offered for when the environment needs further adjusting (page 25, 32, and 38). As an administrator, when we observe warning signs it’s important to reflect on what is happening, and address the problems with staff.
