Choose a WMD challenge and create a policy memo in two phases to Mayor, Governor, or President
a. Policy Memos. All memos need to be Times New Roman size 12 font, one inch margins, no cover page, no page number on page one, include page numbers on subsequent pages centered at the bottom of the page, include subject header on subsequent pages. Memos are single spaced, double space between sections / paragraphs where appropriate.
b. These policy memos require evidence that you can only obtain through research. Memos must be submitted electronically by the due date and time. Policy memos 1 and 2 are each 3 pages (3 full pages—no more, no less).
