Homework Instructions
Download each assignment guidelines. Open assignment in word and read the assignment thoroughly. This assignment requires an essay of a minimum of 4 paragraphs 1.5 pages or more in the length. This homework shall be organized in paragraph format. Create a three-line single space heading in the right corner with your name, assignment and date. Each paragraph must be a minimum length of 8 sentences. You will use Arial or Times New Roman font 12-point size and standard format between words with default 1-inch margins. Briefly describe the story or narrative of this film in a paragraph or two. How did the plot of this film resolve?
In this essay you will discuss the production design of two scenes. Describe the set design, color palette of the sets. Were there actual sets built, or do you think they were CGI? What part of the scene was actual production design? What was the costuming and makeup like? How did that affect the interpretation of the characters of that scene? Was the production design featured in significant shots? Do you think the production design worked in conjunction with camera position, movement, and angle? Describe. In your opinion, did production design help to immerse you into the film’s world, or did it detract from the narrative impact and message? Explain.
