Conduct literature review by searching for information e.g. Google scholar.
Finalise on the problem statement and aim of the project.
Decide on a research methodology e.g quantitative or qualitative.
Formulate a realistic plan and timeline for completion of the research.
Determine the most likely expected outcome of the research.
The scope will touch on challenges faced by contractors, in terms of compliance to local Regulations, dealing with multi-national workforce while having to deal with short-term workers’ contracts and the high-risk activities undertaken by an inexperienced workforce.
Preliminary research design plan will be on comparison and case study.
