A4 Directions
A4 focuses on compliance and legitimacy.
Read the chapter on gaining compliance and write a response paper of 1-2 pages, double-spaced:
Write a paper that Identifies the most critical factors that undermines compliance and/or the legitimacy of the criminal justice system
Strategies that you believe can best improve compliance and legitimacy.
Your paper can focus on specific aspects of criminal justice such as the courts, policing, corrections or the system in general.
You should cite evidence from the book that informs your argument and explains why you chose the factors and strategies that you chose.
You can also bring in outside resources but this is not a requirement or expectation (however, it is good practice!).
