Two examples of global agents of change are Oprah Winfrey- a media giant changing the world through her school for women in Africa- and Wael Ghonim -the young Facebook employee who stirred a revolution in Egypt. For this assignment, you should choose a global agent of change who has not been mentioned in Lules book. Find a person who works in the world of communications. In other words, Winfrey and Ghonim are only examples of a global personalities. The essay should have a title that summarizes the central angle of your text. Read the essay requirements below.
Your essay should focus on the agent’s life and how their relationship with media and communications has changed their society for the better. Remember to focus on the communication aspect of the agent. Due to the nature of this class, please choose an agent born outside of the U.S.
