After reading Barnes’s Managing Interpersonal Feedback on character strengths, you will write a one-page brief explaining the article to a work supervisor who would like to implement some of these ideas on your team. While the article discusses business, the practices are relevant to many fields and workplaces. You need to summarize the concepts so that your supervisor understands them, and also include quotations from the author so you can demonstrate how the authors unique voice and perspective are worth incorporating. In your one-page brief you must:
Summarize the authors main point
Include at least two quotes (be sure to show why you chose those quotes)
Identify your opinion on the subject (use I statements) and other course connections
