1. Addressing discrimination: What is the difference between de jure and de facto discrimination? What are some contemporary examples? Does one type seem harder to address than the other?
2. How should we deal with the ambiguous nature of the Constitution when it comes to individual rights? In the case of the right to privacy, how much privacy should Americans have a right to? What other rights besides privacy might be ambiguous?
