Complete all the blank areas of the PIP PowerPoint template for the Current State and Current State Analysis slides. The Current State slide should be a high-level process map (flowchart) that uses the symbols shown on the slide. The Current State Analysis slide should show the results of the Pareto chart and cause and effect diagram. Use Microsoft Excel to create the diagrams for both slides and copy/paste your work into the PIP slides. Do not add or delete any slides in the template.
Review the Process Improvement Project Example (PIP) file. Your final work should be formatted as shown in this example.
