The summary needs to include the following subheadings. The language in parentheses should not be included as part of your subheading:
a. Overview of facts (what happened)
b. Type of crime (homicide, negligence, assault, Stark violation, etc.)
c. Current Status (is it in the indictment phase, or has it gone to trial)
