Directions:
For this assignment, you will watch this video with Dr. Blake-Beard, Mentoring: Creating Mutually Empowering Relationships. Based on the information in this video and readings/resources from the week, develop your own personal plan for mentoring others in a current or future role as a leader in special education or ABA. Your mentorship and evaluation plan should contain references to both the week’s readings and the video. It should consist of the components that Dr. Blake-Beard discusses in her video: 1. Self Assessment, 2. Identifying Your Purpose, and 3. Investigation.
You should have at least 5 citations representing the week’s readings (in addition to a reference to the video) incorporated into your mentorship and evaluation plan.
