Hebrew Bible: This is the collection of books that are referred to as the Old Testament in most Christian canons and the Tanakh in the Jewish canon. I am open to suggestions of what you might want to examine, but you will choose either a particular story, character, custom or ritual, etc. Whatever your chosen topic and selection of reading from the Hebrew Scriptures, you want to examine it from at least two of the theories or approaches to myth that we are reading in Myth: A Very Short Introduction.
