Find an example of a real project with a real project manager. Write a 1-2 page paper describing the project in term of its scope, time, and cost goals. Also, try to identify the different stages of the project (Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring and Closing). Include information describing what went right and wrong on the project, and the role of the project manager and the sponsor. Also describe whether you consider the project to be a success or not, and why. Include at least one reference and paper citations.
