Suppose that you are the COO of a multinational corporation (MNC), a COO that is concerned about the ethics practiced by your employees and, as well, is committed to your MNC practicing social responsibility in its international business. You undertake both to develop an ethics program and a corporate commitment to behaving in a socially responsible manner.
