For maximum credit, the essay must be at least three (3) complete paragraphs. A complete paragraph should consist of at least three (3) – five (5) sentences.
In paragraph (para.) 1 describe one or more of the points in your reading that were most important and/or interesting to you.
In para. 2 discuss how you can see in your work as an registered nurse (RN) the points you described in para. 1. I suggest you give an example or tell a story about something that happened with a patient or another healthcare professional. If you are a new grad and haven’t worked as an RN yet, think about your experiences as a nursing student. You can discuss the work of RNs you have observed and worked with. You may discuss how the RN works with other professionals including doctors, advanced practice nurses (APNs), physical therapists (PTs), social workers, etc.
