Write a discussion paper on the Equity Residential. We are to follow with this project based on a case scenario provided to us. I will also provide those details for clarity. This will be accompanied by a 15-minute narrated PowerPoint presentation so the sources will need to be on par with that goal. The project also calls for a memo to go along with the presentation. I will attach the portion of my previous project so that you can see details. It is not fully completed but I think it can still be interpreted. I’ve attached several resources and the previous project as mentioned above.
