For this weeks Assignment, you will continue in the role of a consultant who has been hired by the CEO of your selected company to lead a tiger team tasked with addressing issues the organization is facing.
This week, you will continue to compile Section 3 of your playbook. Be sure to address the requirements for Part 2, and include specific examples (where appropriate) and relevant citations from the Learning Resources, the Walden Library, and/or other appropriate academic sources to support your work.
Submit your approximately 2-page (plus Appendix) strategy validation for the organization, to include the following:

In the Baldrige Excellence Framework strategy requires Action Plan development that is based on tools like strategy mapping, action plan development, and deployment plans. The foundation you will be developing should include practicing:

Stakeholder analysis
These tools, lead from strategic planning to tactical planning and validating your plan.
It would be an exceptionally good idea in the discussion to use your Playbook company as the organization for which you are planning strategy. Pick a REAL and current area of strategy improvement that your company is facing, based on your past posts, and develop at LEAST two of the tools you will need to include in your Week 7 assignment:

Key Success Factors
Stakeholder analysis
You can then develop the remaining ones in writing your assignment and include ALL of these in the Appendix of your Week 7 post. Work hard AND smart this week.
