Improving Saftey and Quality of Care UWE Bristol Faculty:Health and Applied Sciences Field: Acute and critical Care Adult Nursing Course: FdSC Nursing Associate The quality topic I have chosen to give me quidence is Recognision of the deteriorating patient. It is important to note that the assignment is NOT about this topic, it is an essay adressing the learning outcomes. The specific Learning Outcomes for the Module 1.Discuss health and saftey legislation and how this relates to their work enviroment and situations. 2.regognise the effect on their own resilience when dealing with uncertain and stressful situations 3. Understand quality assurance processes, such as risk assessment, incident reporting, and how these are structured within their organisation and workplace, and the nursing associate roles in these. 4.Understand the principles of processes of research, audit and quality improvement, and how this contributes to patient care, saftey and satisfaction.
