Part 2: Provide a 3.5–4.5 page rationale and background for your outreach topic and the relevance the topic has to both your site and defined community. (Please start from here. I have written my topic and hypothetical outreach idea in the same document)
• Provide a 3–3.5 page descriiption of the needs assessment and SWOT analysis information of the community.
• Provide a 3.5 page descriiption of the program development information.
• In references, include the minimum five scholarly references that you consulted, as well as literature from any other sources. Additionally, be sure to include references
for data collected via observations, interviews, databases, etc. All in-text citations and references, both scholarly literature and data collection should be written in APA style (7th ed.).
