A 1-page program logic model will be created for this assignment. The logic model will be developed relative to a program or project for which you have an interest. The logic model should be concise and include all of the main components of the program you identified so that a reader can obtain an adequate understanding of the program through a review of the document.
The following areas which are typically included in logic models should be included in the logic model you develop: inputs, activities, outputs, and outcomes. You can break down outcomes by immediate, intermediate, and long-term (or impact).
It will be helpful for you to use the Kellogg logic model development guide and my video presentation to guide you in developing this assignment (follow the specific style that most appeals to you but it must involve a visual model layout).
To develop the 1-page logic model you can use MS Word, MS Excel, or websites such as lucidchart.com. Regardless, be sure to submit your assignment as an MS Word or PDF file.
