I need a research paper that looks at current literature on post-tuberculosis lung diseases to formulate the argument that there is a gap in the current knowledge about the clinical characteristics most associated with morbidity (lung impairement as measured by spirometry, poor health related quality of life) during treatment for Tuberculosis. Want to assert that knowing this could be useful, but need to find reasons that it would be very useful to find clinical charateristics associated with morbidity and chance of developing Post tuberculosis lung disease.
Especially in relation to MDR (Multi drug resistant) tuberculosis.
