My motivation for this topic is below
*I developed an interest in counseling after being honorably discharged from the United States Army and learning firsthand the effects of combat on active-duty soldiers, prior military, and their families. This has been one of many drivers for my passionate pursuit of gaining knowledge, acquiring skillset and my interest in researching to learn more about veterans, post-traumatic stress disorder, and its impact on family members.*
