All you have to do is research a major commercial fraud case and answer the questions. If you use any sources please use websites instead of books. Below I have attached a copy of the directions as well. When you are done with the paper please use the checklist to answer yes or no regarding the case. I will email you a copy of the checklist. Please note the checklist is not apart of the 5 pages.
