Identify what are CDBG funds, their use, how are they administered and what avenues does the public have to make input on this program, espeically low/moderate income individuals or families.
It will be helpful for you to see what nearby cities or counties are doing with their CDBG funds and how their programs are setup. Although I am a P/T professor, I am a F/T city manager, so you need to convince me, as a city manager, of the vitality of these funds.
