you are required to produce a 20-minute PowerPoint
presentation that reviews your work-based project and highlights the project outcomes, organizational
impact and discusses how the project has helped your learning as a Senior Leader. The presentation slides
must be accompanied by a script which can either be spoken, using the slideshow feature of PowerPoint, or
written as slide notes. If written, the speech must be 2,500 words +/- 10%.
The purpose of this assignment is to help you prepare for the presentation you will deliver in your End Point
Assessment. Your project review will draw on your established learning from the 4 core modules delivered
during this program including 1 Foundation of Strategy and Leadership – 2. Finance and Data
Analysis 3. Leading and Managing People and 4 Innovation and
