2. For a podcast or video, you won’t have a page number, so you can just list the speaker’s last name without a page number.
Prompt: For Module 2 of this course, you completed a short writing assignment on your ethical identity. In that assignment you discussed (1) who has most influenced you in how you approach your work and your view of who you want to be as a future professional and, also, you discussed (2) what kind of professional you want to be and what values will guide you in your work.
For this writing assignment I want you to return to the topic of ethical identity again. This time, I want you to discuss (1) at least one additional goal you want to set for yourself as an ethical professional. Discuss the goal(s) and how you plan to achieve it. (2) Also, you have now listened to a podcast episode featuring a conversation with David Womack (Links to an external site.)(former Senior VP of Kaiser Permanente Kern County) and, also, a video conversation with Traco Matthews (Links to an external site.) (Chief Program Officer, Community Action Partnership of Kern). Identify at least one insight from both Womack and Matthews on the topic of ethics and/or leadership that resonated with you (this need not be the same insight from each, I just mean choose at least one insight from Womack and one insight from Matthews). State these insights in your own words. And, also, state there significance – that is, why do you think these insights are important for developing an ethical identity as a professional?
