Discuss the implementation of health, education, advocacy, and linkage (HEAL) training to help identify victims of human trafficking by registered nurses in the Emergency Department.
this is a paper that is worth 50% of our grade. MUST be written professionally. NOT a research paper but a PROPOSAL on how to implement HEAL Protocol in the ED to combat human trafficking. Please follow the rubric and include everything that must be included in the paper i.e. Plan DO Study Act through paper and whatever else is included in the rubric. I provided a sample paper from the previous semester that you can use as a guide. this is very important you need to follow the rubric and use strong grammar with no grammatical errors. I also provided the beginning of our paper on the capstone paper beginning document. I also gave our rough outline (which doesn’t need to be used if you don’t want to) with some reference articles at the bottom. feel free to fine your own articles too as you will most likely need to. It is imperative you stick with heal protocol and human trafficking, possible costs in transformational leadership as said in the rubric and must be written VERY SPECIFIC and THOROUGH.
