Read the Army People Strategy: Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Annex, dated 1 September 2020 (2 DL hour).
After completing the Personnel Management section, the military writing on JAGU, and the assigned reading on ADP 6-22 and the Army People Strategy, pick a goal listed on the Army People Strategy and prepare a one to a two-page memorandum on how you would achieve the end state of that goal. Your memorandum is required to be IAW AR 25-50.
