I am currently taking an intro to research course in mental health counseling. I have to submit a research plan framework, annotated bibliography, and research proposal. I have attached what I started for the research plan framework. I have done some research and found several articles. I have not found an instrument. I am really feeling overwhelmed and lost. I know what subject I want to explore but I am having trouble organizing my thoughts.
