It is a service adaptation proposing the use of electronic hand hygiene monitoring systems in the United Kingdom like they are used in the United States to prevent healthcare associated infection. However the need for this intervention amongst other things need to be justified with in the Buisness case proposal.
Stakeholders need to be grouped into internal and external while explaining.
Fish bone analysis is needed as well as table showing estimated financial cost.
