Write a report on it containing all of the following: a. Change Strategy Overview: (30%) Define the change strategy selected. Analyze the main drivers behind the change strategy. Analyze the intended benefits of the change strategy. b. Case Study Overview: (10%) Provide an overview of the organization and the change. Who were the main stakeholders involved in the change? c. Change Assessment: (40%) Select a suitable change assessment model from the literature. Briefly describe the model and say why you chose it. Apply the model to analyze your case study. d. Evaluation (20%) Summarize the main constraints to change. Make an overall assessment of whether the change was a success or some kind of failure (if the latter, state which kind). Relate your evaluation to the findings from your change assessment. If the change was some kind of failure, suggest both specific and generic actions that could have been taken in order to increase the likelihood of success. If it was a success, describe the positive actions that were taken during the implementation of change?
