You supervise a team of 12 in the Guest Experience department at Regions Hospital where there is a fairly extensive dress code policy outlined in Policy #RH-HR-HR-60-10-04 (please see attahcment.). Some of your team members have complained about one of your subordinates consistently arriving to work smelling of body odor and you also have seen another one of your team members wearing red running shoes at work on several occasions.
Two weeks ago, you spoke with each of them about your concerns briefly in passing, but nothing has changed. Your boss wants you to follow up.
