Goal to create Bi laws for NCHB 10. The BiLaws labeled NCHB10 is what I have so far and I will attach more in depth info to combine bwtween the info I have and other bilaws of established associations.
We do want to change the voting month in the bi laws to September. Please add for gifts a caveat that if the dollar amount exceeds the allotted amount we can go over that amount by a vote. It would have to be a 3/4 in favor.
For going away or retirement needs to state a gift amount.
Trying to make this as professional as possible to send to our legal department. Nothing has to be thought of just combine existing info to make sense.
