The Analyst: The Analyst will be responsible for critically assessing potential solutions to the example of an externality in the press article in 400-500 words (please note that this is the Analyst’s perspective). The Analyst will have three days (see the syllabus for specific dates and times) to provide comments and post them for the group. During this same three days, the Analyst will also need to write and post a 200-250 word version of the Analysist’s 400-500 word perspective for inclusion in the Reporter’s final report. The Analyst’s three days will begin right after the Economist’s three days has ended.
