Reflection: cautious when prescribing in special group ie. elderly, importance of safety in prescribing, physical examination, hollistic patient approach (worries and concerns of patient needs to be addressed), involving health care agencies such as social worker, community nursing, etc. Consultation 4 Service user’s feedback: Patient with fast irregular heart rate prescribed with amiodarone. Patient did not provide any negative feedback.
