Make sure when identifying areas being neglected that you share why it is important and the impact on the organization if the risk is not managed.
When addressing the organizations communication, you will want to look at communication from a variety perspectives and activities, from how they communicate with employees, conduct meetings, platforms used to communicate (email, memo, social media, town halls, weekly meetings, etc.).
