Overview:
In your work for Eagle Aviation, you were tasked with a decision between two strategies: expand to Europe or expand the current routes. Using a decision-making model, determine your recommendation for Eagle Aviation. Support your recommendation with data and logic and include the decision-making model application (e.g. if you used a decision-making tree, include that diagram to show how the model was used).
Assignment Instructions:
Submit your recommendation for the strategy Eagle Aviation should pursue. Provide a detailed report of your decision-making model(s) that shows how you arrived at your decision for the strategy recommendation.
The report should be approximately 1,000 words not including a title page, references, images, or diagrams.
You may use images and diagrams to illustrate your decision-making model application. Include references from the assigned readings as well as researched material that support your responses and cite them using the current College of Business Writing Guide.
