After having posted the job opening, reviewed resumes, conducted phone interviews and selected the top three applicants, you are now ready to conduct a Structured Panel interview for the HR Training and Development Specialist position in Mexico City, Mexico. The first part of this assignment is to:
Explain what is a structured interview
Explain what is a panel interview
Identify by position the 3 company participants in the interview
Using the job descriiption you wrote on week 3, identify 4 – 6 job descriiption-related questions you will ask during the interview.
