Select ONE of the two choices (either B2B or B2C). Develop a set of questions that will effectively engage the participant and provide “actionable” data.
Aim to develop a questionnaire that can be completed in about 6 minutes; with a mix of open and closed-ended questions (see guidelines).
Consider a) information needs, b) separate primary and secondary needs and then c) viewing the primary needs – begin to identify a mix of questions to address research needs that aligns to strategic goals.
