Please fix the following in this paper:
• In Chapter 2, there are some citations needed for the statements made in the chapter. In other words, some claims are made that need backed up through citations.
• Provide a more explicit statement of how I am going to select the 65-70 participants. I want to get teachers from the Northwestern part of Pennsylvania to complete my survey by contacting the administrators via email asking their faculty for volunteers.
• Do Jantzi and Leithwood provide the reliability and validity for their instrument? If so, include that in Ch 3 where I first mention the survey.
• Some incomplete citations in the Bibliography
