Provide a brief discussion of the theory of change and logic model that you already prepared.
You need to provide a copy of the logic model and you may include a diagram depicting your Theory of Change (ToC).

Potential benefits of the interventions for all system levels

Briefly consider how the intervention could benefit individuals, groups, and communities. Briefly discuss how your intervention would address potential structural inequalities experienced by the population experiencing the problem.
c. Provide a brief review of the literature on the evidence for the intervention’s effectiveness.
Briefly identify information in the existing literature that supports your beliefs that the intervention will benefit the individual, group, or community that is the focus of your
study. To which extent does the existing literature address potential differences in the effectiveness of the intervention among different racial or ethnic groups? To what
extent does the intervention address structural inequalities?
