Program Evaluation
This assignment is Benchmark #5 for the Final Project.
Throughout the past few weeks, you have been designing a health promotion program that targets one of the most significant health problems in your community. In the initial post for Unit 5, you will design an evaluation plan (process, impact, and outcome) for your program. Please describe how you would conduct process (formative), impact (summative) and outcome (summative) evaluations. How would you capture the data needed for each level of evaluation? What do you expect the data to reveal and how would this advance your health promotion program?
Please note that one initial post and at minimum two response posts to classmates are required weekly for a chance at full credit. Please think critically and apply this week’s main concepts in the initial post and extend the discussion with reflection and new ideas in the response posts. Posts should include APA-formatted reference citations in the body of the post and listed at the end.
