Read/Review the book and then write a 2-4 page paper (double spaced) about how you view leadership in both your chosen work field and your personal life. In the paper, you should include references to the book, citing sections and page numbers.
You do not need to include a chapter-by-chapter review, but you should refer to enough material in the book to give me a good indication that you read the full text. Here are some general questions you should answer in your paper:
How did this book influence or impact your thoughts on leadership – both personally and in the workplace?
What really stood out as “ah-ha” moments or something that made you think a little deeper?
What (if anything) did you not agree with or like about the book?
