THE PAST: food in Film
Create a food-related project that responds to your understanding or interpretation of THE PAST
This can be any aspect of food or food culture. It can be as simple or complex as you desire.
THE PAST can be recent or ancient and could include things like history, legacy, tradition, ritual, antiquated technologies, mythology, etc.
The form of your project is entirely up to you. Make sure your project is challenging and ambitious enough, and it can be brought to a high degree of finish within that timeframe.
You may work in any medium(s) you wish.
Your project may be reflective of film, or you may create something that is not typical for you — it is your choice.
(I will make a commercial for food, and search for food products that have great commercial)

Due:
1. Define your project idea or concept. Food in Film (you can narrow it down to “how Food represents Characters’ journeys” such as An Lee’s film Eat Drink Man Woman or commercial/fashion film for food)
2. Write a short (2 or 3 sentence) descriiption of your project.
3. Create 2 short paragraphs of research notes:
One paragraph should be OBJECTIVE notes on facts, reality, history, etc. One paragraph should be SUBJECTIVE notes — opinions, musings, personal connections, etc.
4. Using your project idea and research notes bring in: 3 good sketch options based on your project idea or concept. （ you can paste me the link to the sketch/video.)
