I need the review of research literature for 3 research questions. Each question should be about 4/5 pages long, and I already have the sources you should use.
Every question needs to cite at least 3 sources. I named the sources Q1, Q2, or Q3 based on what question I think they will address, but some may address multiple questions.
The topic is the importance of cultural and ethnic matching between students and teachers. Question 1’s answer should be that it benefits students academically in terms of their grades, connectedness to school, expectations of their future, socially and emotionally, and that cultural matching allows for more advocating for students.
Question 2 should address the difficulties of even getting into teacher preparation programs in college and other hardships for even getting into the teaching career. Also why they are leaving once they are in the classroom,
Question 3 should address ways that teachers of color can be retained, what supports need to be in place for them not to leave.
