Write a paper, in APA Format, analyzing one domestic terrorist organization/group and one international terrorist organization/group. The paper will include group origins, ideologies, goals, motivations, and tactics. The student will also asses the role and effectiveness of law enforcement and homeland security specialists as well as the effectiveness of federal and state laws in combatting these terrorist groups. I expect that you answer all aspects of the question detailed above e.g. if there are three parts, answer all three parts. Limit your paper to 3,300 words MAX with no more than 300 words dedicated to the introduction thereby maximizing word count for your analysis. Structure the essay as an argument and take a position up front (thesis). You can then write paragraphs to support your thesis while answering all aspects of the requirement however you wish i.e. one paragraph for each part of the requirements or multiple paragraphs covering multiple aspects simultaneously etc.
