Using page 82 in Stage 3 of Consulting for Nonprofits, you are to create a plan for implementing the recommendations based on the information collected in the questionnaire. This is NOT a plan for the organization to create a plan. You may incorporate components into your implementation plan from materials previously submitted from preparations for directed project assignments. You are required to cite at least ten different sources, and three of the ten sources must be books or journals. The other seven can be legitimate nonprofit support organization websites.
Should be a 10+ double spaced APA formatted paper, not including the resources, templates, and appendices, and include the following components.
· Introduction
o Describe what will be included in the implementation plan paper to help orient the reader.
· Project Background
o Pull together information from your memos and explain how the project idea came about and what steps were taken through the questionnaire data collection and resource gathering.
· Goals and Strategies
o Recommendations based on the completed questionnaire
o Please explain in detail the strategies that the organization will take to implement the plan.
o This is where you describe the actual plan and provide specific recommendations to the organization for improvement on the topic you are focused on for your project.
· Action Plan / Timeline
o Identify who in the organization is responsible for the actions of plan implementation.
· Communications
o Explain how the organization will communicate results
· Resources
o What resources can the organization use to implement the plan? Provide outside resources and best practice examples for the organization.
· Monitoring
o Explains how the project will be successful.
· Conclusion
o Summarize what you covered in your paper
· APA references and formatting
