From the 19th and 20th centuries have many people started creating job-based pay models and knowledge and performance, job-based most people identify the primary job and need education and experience to perform the job, also depending on the education and experience the wages can be negotiated or take in consideration at the time of interview (Gleeson, 2018).
Is important to mention during the interview can ask for benefits like health insurance, 401K, and other benefits can offer. Also, the applicant does not have education or experience, most will take what is offered to them since cannot bring anything to the employer.
I think we talk something similar last week if the person cannot provide any experience have to take was an offer to have an income, today many people who have some sort of education degree can bring more to the table to increase the wage and bring the experience to the company.
