Based on required assigned weekly readings in the textbook and class lecture each student will create a business entity
and detail the steps and actual paperwork needed to create the business. Students will present the documents necessary for creating their business along with applicable statutes to support the creation of their business. Students are free to
create any business entity outside of a general partnership and sole proprietorship due to the lack of formality needed
to create these entities.
