Transportation expenses for the BBC Cancer Care Center have increased substantially. We are only 4 months (invoices that have been paid) into the year and have already distributed more than $35,000.

I am assuming you are going to need transportation support for the remainder of the year which means we will need a new funding request submitted ASAP. This will need to go to our full board for review. Within that request we will need to understand the following:
Why have transportation expenses increased significantly from last year?
Will need you to justify this increase so that our Board of Directors is clear regarding the increase and the need to support.
